The Impact You'll Make

Mainly focusing on castings/motor commodity. The key role is to secure the supply chain avaialblity, continuously drive the cost  improvement  of that commoditiy, and  support new product development and product sustaining improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Supplier Performance Management
•    Drive cross-functional collaboration (Quality/Engineering/Logistics) to improve supplier cost/delivery/quality KPIs.
•    Monitor supplier capacity & mitigate risks (financial/compliance/quality/delivery crisis).
•    Ensure supply chain stability through performance tracking and escalation protocols.
2. Cost Reduction Execution
•    Lead annual negotiations and implement cost-saving initiatives (ITT pipeline management: generation → execution → database upkeep).
•    Conduct market benchmarking, raw-material-based pricing updates, and should-cost analysis.
3. End-to-End PPAP Leadership
•    Steer cross-functional teams in PPAP planning/execution (prototype → validation → Run@Rate).
•    Oversee drawing/process reviews, RFQ validation, and supplier capacity assessments.
4. Project Support (NPD/Sustaining/CD)
•    Facilitate new project RFQs, prototype delivery, and cost updates.
•    Ensure supplier process compliance; act as interim PPR when required.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical or mechatronic background, with 6-10 year's related working experience;
2. Good commercial negotiation and communication skills;
3. Good at analysis and problem solving, capability of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)  ;
4. English can be used as working language.
