Quality Engineer-压缩机

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and control the conformity of the development process until start of production.
2. Propose and monitor project quality targets in line with site and customer targets.
3. Manage and validate deliverables to achieve project quality targets，ensure Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) are integrated into project scope.
4. Prepare audit by conducting with project manager a self-assessment of project audit.
5. Participate to FMEAs and Design review including with suppliers, to ensure project targets are correctly taken into account into product and process design.
6. Ensure KC&CC are correctly identified across all documents cascaded to suppliers, and controlled as per applicable procedures.
7. Participate online to all trial runs to collect issues and to contribute to their eradication
8. Participate to all problem solving activities by bringing FTA methodology and logical mindset to the team.
9. Launch APQP process in new product phase;
10.To work directly with suppliers and drive continuousely improvment to meet PPM/OPM targets;
11.Coach and providing necessary training to suppliers to realize growing together with capability improvement;
12.Supplier Performance Data Management & Reporting. Leading supplier problem solving with quality language and tools;
13. Conduct QMS Audits of Supplier processes and drive improvment with close-loop.

Background & Skills

1.Bachelor or bachelor+ degree, major in mechanical or other engineering is preferred;
2.Fasten parts / package management experience will be plus;
3.At least 3 years working experience for quality domain, project quality and supplier quality managment background will be preferred;
4.Fluent English in reading, verbal and written, Minimum CET-4 required, CET-6 is perferred;
5.Quality management system is mondatory and  IATF-16949 will be a plus;be skillfully TS tools and QC tools, such as 8D, 6 Sigma, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, control plan, etc.
6.Very good communication and coordination skill. Driving for achievement. Result oriented. Self-motivated, quick response & capable for people management.
7.Good reporting skill, microsoft office, power BI skill.
