Lead and manage EMP(Externally Manufactured Products) project, NPD project and Change Control project through cross functional team working to deliver the new product on time with quality and cost target.

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Responsible for leading new prodcut development from project start to launch 
•    Facilitate teamwork and cross functional mindset with use of agile approaches for NPD&CC project development.
•    Manage time, cost and quality according to business case.
•    Ensuring that customer requirements are met and verified.
•    Communicate with customers, management and stakeholders about progress, deviations and deliveries 
•    Facilitate structured problem solving
•    Oganize, lead and encourage project team members.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor or similar education with a technical background
- 5 years above on project managment experience, Souring and Egineering experience are prefered
- Good communication and team leading skill
- Good problem solving capability
- Familiar with IATF16949/ISO9001 quality system
- Fluent and comprehensive English
