Job Description

Take charge of all operations related issues of the value stream as the director role, ensure the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

Job Responsibilities

1.Guarantee that the operational goals regarding Safety,cost, quality, delivery, ESG and Digitalization achieve target.
2.Manage production, process, maintenance and quality functions to ensure the value stream team running well.
3.Drive assembly team and work with others functions to ensure smooth day to day operations, attainment of Budget and KPIs being set.
4.Drive continous improvement on SQDCM and build up the continous improvement culture in the team.
5.Assure compliance with national legislation and local requirements concerned with safety, health and environmental protection.
6.People & Organization development to meet the business growth.

Background & Skills

1. University degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical engineering or related field of studies.
2. Minimum of 8 years work experience in operations management positions in the related industries like automotive or mechanical industry etc.
3. Experienced in building an effective team based on a foundation of trust, communication, accountability, constructive conflict and results. 
4. Extensive knowledge about manufacturing processes, equipment, operations planning, quality, and engineering. 
5. Strong lean thinking and rich experience
6. Strong automation/digitalization application knowledge or experience
7. High degree of ability to work independently and under pressure
8. Demonstrated strong leadership skills
9. Fluent in English
