As our Welding Specialist, you’ll play a key role for welding line sustaining, improvement, productivity increase, new project impletation, new technologies research and implementation, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for production line sustaining and improvement and new product projects
• Follow up main 8D action and solve quality issue solve
• Meet KPI requirement and support lean activities
• Responsible for new technologies research like automation & digitalization and so on
• Finish other tasks from manager

What We're Looking For

• Good knowledge at Machining process
  
• Good knowledge at Cutting tools, fixture and gage
  
• Good skill at main tooling PFEMA/control/DOE/8D/4-Step/English speaking
  
• Having knowledge at automation and digitalization
• English can be used as working language
