Are you passionate about making sales data alive and turn it into meaningful insights to be a basis for fact-based decision making? Are you interested in using and applying AI, machine learning and forecasting models in future tasks?


Are you interested in the holistic big picture, but at the same time detailed and focused to deliver precise detailed data to your end users? 


Do you have experience in building dashboard and visualizing data, primarily for sales organization? Or you find it interesting and see yourself tackling these challenges in the future?


In the end, do you have background and/or experience in programming?


If so, then you might be a perfect fit we are looking for. As our new Sales Analytics Specialist you will have a chance to collaborate with and support sales organization globally in Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS). You will be a part of the Sales Analytics team responsible for creating, upgrading and launching tools (dashboards) in Sales force environment – from an idea to building and implementation – for entire global Sales organization in DCS.
 

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Analytics Specialist your responsibility will include, but not limited to, following tasks:

  • Upgrading and enhancing existing elements for current tools (dashboards).
  • Creating new elements for existing dashboards.
  • Be a part of the team which creates new dashboards.
  • Automizing current routines and processes.
  • Running daily operations and tasks related to dashboards: updating data, correcting bugs and errors, answering user questions, etc.
  • Acting as an ambassador and promoting usage of tools (dashboards) within sales organization on global level (creating training material, giving tutorial/education session to users, providing information and explanation for user questions…).
  • Act as project manager or project contributor for project relating to sales data reporting.

Background & Skills

Candidate’s requirements:

  • Degree in field of information technology or engineering or economics or quantitative economics or data science or similar areas.
  • Experience with at minimum light programming (e.g.: SAS, STATA, PYTHON, R, MATLAB).
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau Desktop or similar tools for creating dashboards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
  • Fluent in business English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in global environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Be able to work individually as well as a part of a team.
  • Motivated for self-learning and self-development.

 

Additional plus is if candidate has (non mandatory):

  • Knowledge and experience in VBA programming.
  • Experience working in CRM ANALYTICS (Formerly Einstein Analytics) and/or working with large datasets and databases.
  • Project management skills.
