The Impact You'll Make
As our Technical Sales, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth of Danfoss Heating Solutions across Southeast Europe. By combining your technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, you'll help transform complex HVAC requirements into reliable, energy-efficient solutions that create value for our customers.
Your impact? You'll work closely with customers, consultants, designers, service partners, and our Sales team to support projects from the early design phase through commissioning and after-sales support. Your technical knowledge and practical guidance will help strengthen customer relationships, accelerate project success, and contribute to Danfoss' continued growth across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Sales team by preparing technical offers, tender documentation, and application proposals across the Danfoss heating portfolio.
- Advise customers, consultants, and designers on hydronic system design, product selection, energy-efficient solutions, and control strategies for HVAC and district energy applications.
- Perform technical calculations, support commissioning activities, and provide application expertise for heating systems, actuators, controllers, and related technologies.
- Manage technical support activities, including warranty claims, customer inquiries, commissioning support, and cooperation with Service Partners and Customer Service teams.
- Deliver technical training, presentations, and product demonstrations for customers, wholesalers, consultants, and service partners across the region.
What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or another relevant technical field.
- Experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, Design Support, or a similar customer-facing technical role within the HVAC or building services industry.
- Solid understanding of hydronic systems, heating and cooling applications, HVAC controls, and energy-efficient system solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and partners.
- Fluent Croatian and English, with willingness to travel across Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, and Albania.
