Job Description
To support Engineering to impelment strategic projects, product maintenance and improvement (PMI) and new product development (NPD)
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1. To be responsible for components design, products design, cost down projects and product maintenance and improvement activities.
2. Leading the 2D/3D drawing creation for new parts/products development.
3. Leading parts or product design, DFMEA, test verification, engineering documentation creation, support intellectual property process etc.
4. Support root cause problem solving, quality issue, customer requirement etc.
5. Fulfil Engineering process like DFMEA, DOE, Stackups, engineering change, etc.
6. To be responsible for data creation and maintenance in PLM and SAP or other needed system.
7. Support any other R&D Engineering job or technical job.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research, piston motor or pump is preferred.
3. Good English skills.
4. Proficiency in UG/NX or other 3D-CAD software.
5. Good interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.
6. Good time management skills to plan effectively in daily work.
