Ensure the quality system is working effectively in the organization, continuous monitoring the quality system performance through periodic auditing and reviewing and take actions for any nonconformities.
Work as PQE, be responsible for part of production line process quality control.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 监督并维护ISO9001和IATF16949质量管理体系的正常运行，以及体系文件的适宜性，充分性和有效性，必要时组织相关部门讨论决定，并对体系文件或过程进行修订；
- 负责公司内部审核（体系审核，过程审核和产品审核）的策划、组织实施和内部审核报告的编制，并跟踪监督和确认整改措施的有效实施；
- 负责监控质量体系过程指标并向管理层进行汇报，对过程指标未能达标的，召集相关部门进行分析并采取纠正/预防措施，直到目标实现
- 负责组织质量体系管理评审工作，协助公司持续改进的项目策划、日常监督及验证；
- 负责客户和第三方审核的准备以及陪审，以及审核中不符合项的整改追踪；
- 监督整个质量体系4阶文件的整体性，负责体系文件的登记发放受控过程；
- 每日质量文件包括受控图纸，检验报告，客户投诉报告等的整理归档，保持追溯性；
- 根据策划的要求，收集内外部质量数据并进行汇总完成质量报告。
- 负责DG阀、叠加阀产品线的过程质量控制，行使PQE职责，内容包括：
A.积极参与日常问题处理，包括分析和解决可疑产品和客户投诉。
B. 与ME一起评审控制计划，积极收集质量数据，组织问题分析以达到改善产品过程（提升FPY，降低报废等）
C. 培训质量检验员和操作工，培训内容包括：质量相关的技术，测量基本知识， 要做的记录，质量预警等
What We're Looking For
- 大专或以上学历，机械，电子或相关专业；
- 具有在汽车行业从事质量体系管理至少5年以上经验，熟悉ISO9001和IATF16949，并且拥有在工厂中建立，维持并改善质量管理体系的实际经验；
- 拥有ISO9001:2015和ISO/TS16949:2008或IATF16949内审员证书并有实际的工作经历；
- 熟悉PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA, control plan, MSA, 8D 流程；
- 较好的英语文字和语言表达能力，计算机操作熟练；
- 较强的团队合作精神；
- 有责任心，富有主动性，可有效推进工作的开展，能承受较大的工作压力
