Job Description
This position is responsible for leading an engineering team, focusing on Off -Highway mobile device electrical driveline design and development, focusing on E-Motor and Controller hardware & software design and development and system integration related engineering activities.
Job Responsibilities
Take technical leading role in NPD, Analyse and transfer voice of customer into technical requirements specification, establish hardware and software requirement specifications, work with strategic suppliers for product design and development. Ensure NDP delivery per time, cost and quality.
Background & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or E-Motor related field.
- Strong E-Motor & control systems fundamentals
- Experience with E-motor/Controller design, simulation & verification is preferred
- Know how of transmission, steering, braking and gear reducer.
- Good English skills, especially in oral.
- Teamwork and goal orientated.
- Global mindset and outstanding communication skills
- Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing and processes.
