Job Description
Ensure the quality system is working effectively in the organization, continuous monitoring the quality system performance through periodic auditing and reviewing and take actions for any nonconformities.
Work as PQE, be responsible for part of production line process quality control.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1.监督并维护ISO9001和IATF16949质量管理体系的正常运行，以及体系文件的适宜性，充分性和有效性，必要时组织相关部门讨论决定，并对体系文件或过程进行修订；
Monitoring and maintain the ISO9001 and IATF16949 system running, ensuring the suitability adequacy and effectiveness of system documentation, organizing related departments discussion and take action if the actual process not consistent with the standard.
2.负责公司内部审核（体系审核，过程审核和产品审核）的策划、组织实施和内部审核报告的编制，并跟踪监督和确认整改措施的有效实施；
Be responsible for internal audit (quality system, process and product) planning, implementation and reporting, organizing the nonconformance review and actions follow;
3.负责监控质量体系过程指标并向管理层进行汇报，对过程指标未能达标的，召集相关部门进行分析并采取纠正/预防措施，直到目标实现
Be responsible for continuous monitoring the process KPI and reporting to management, coordinate related department analyze and take corrective/preventive action if the KPI below the target,
4. 负责组织质量体系管理评审工作，协助公司持续改进的项目策划、日常监督及验证；
Be responsible for coordinating the quality management review, follow and validate the continuous improvement projects identified by management review;
5. 负责客户和第三方审核的准备以及陪审，以及审核中不符合项的整改追踪；
Be responsible for the preparation and accompany for customer audit and third party audit, organize the nonconformance review and corrective action following for all audit findings;
6. 监督整个质量体系4阶文件的整体性，负责体系文件的登记发放受控过程；
Oversee the formulation of quality systems 4 level documentation, responsible for the documents control and documents release.
7. 每日质量文件包括受控图纸，检验报告，客户投诉报告等的整理归档，保持追溯性；
Collection and filing for the daily quality document to keep the traceability and easy to be found;
8. 根据策划的要求，收集内外部质量数据并进行汇总完成质量报告。
Based on planning, collect and summarize the internal and external quality data to finish quality report and perform quality reporting.
9. 负责DG阀、叠加阀产品线的过程质量控制，行使PQE职责，内容包括：
Be responsible for DG valve, stake valve production line's process control. Main works:
A.积极参与日常问题处理，包括分析和解决可疑产品和客户投诉。
Active participation in daily quality problems-shooting, as well as analyze & resolve suspect part and the customer complaint according to NC process.
B. 与ME一起评审控制计划，积极收集质量数据，组织问题分析以达到改善产品过程（提升FPY，降低报废等）
Review control plan with manufacturing engineer for key characteristic together, proactively collect quality data from flow line and lead the problem analysis for improving process quality (FPY, scraping reduction etc.)
C. 培训质量检验员和操作工，培训内容包括：质量相关的技术，测量基本知识， 要做的记录，质量预警等
Train quality inspector or production operator (Quality technology, Basic measurement, Record sheet)
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
1. 大专或以上学历，机械，电子或相关专业；
College degree or above in Electrical/Electronic & Mechanical or related;
2.具有在汽车行业从事质量体系管理至少5年以上经验，熟悉ISO9001和IATF16949，并且拥有在工厂中建立，维持并改善质量管理体系的实际经验；
Minimum 5 years quality system experience in automotive company, familiar with the ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system requirements，obtain the practical experience in establish, maintain and improve the quality system in plant;
3. 拥有ISO9001:2015和ISO/TS16949:2008或IATF16949内审员证书并有实际的工作经历；
Having the internal auditor certificate ISO9001，TS16949 with practical experience;
4. 熟悉PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA, control plan, MSA, 8D 流程；
Be familiar with PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA, control plan, MSA, 8D process;
5. 较好的英语文字和语言表达能力，计算机操作熟练；
Good oral and writing English; Fluent use office software;
6. 较强的语言沟通能力和团队合作精神；
Good strong communication skill is essential, able to work with all level of people internally and externally.
7. 有责任心，富有主动性，可有效推进工作的开展，能承受较大的工作压力
Motivated, able to carry out work plan effectively, can work under pressure;
