The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Production Manager in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will lead the manufacturing operations of one of Danfoss’ key business units, helping ensure that customers receive high-quality products safely, reliably, and on time. Your leadership will directly influence operational performance across multiple production lines and support our commitment to engineering a more sustainable future.
You will play a critical role in building a culture where safety, quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration drive everyday decisions. By empowering teams and strengthening operational excellence, you will help create meaningful value for customers, employees, and the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead production, quality, and process engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer delivery performance.
- Champion a strong safety culture in partnership with EHS teams to support a zero-incident workplace.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and resources to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen business results.
- Coach, develop, and engage diverse teams to build capability, accountability, and long-term success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and managing both direct and indirect teams in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and production performance management
- .Experience working with quality management systems and industry standards, including IATF and related quality practices.
- Ability to make informed decisions, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Professional English communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a global organization.
