As an Electronics Development Engineer, you will be involved in designing and developing electronic solutions ranging from PCB assemblies to power electronics. Working as part of a highly skilled R&D team, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Based in Vaasa, Finland, you will work in a global environment with the flexibility of a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with remote working opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design electronic circuits and PCB layouts to support new and existing drive products.
- Develop digital, analog, and power electronics solutions that deliver reliable product performance.
- Build, test, and validate prototypes to ensure designs meet technical and quality requirements.
- Create technical documentation and test specifications that support efficient product development.
- Collaborate with engineers, validation specialists, sourcing teams, and external partners to solve technical challenges and bring new solutions to market.
What We're Looking For
- Background in electronics product development, including analog, digital, PCB, or power electronics design.
- Ability to design electronic circuits using tools such as Cadence, OrCAD, Mentor PADS, or similar.
- Familiarity with circuit simulation tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Good communication skills in English and a basic command of Finnish.
